JSIA rcf kaushal vikas kendra - jsia rcf kvk
A joint initiative of Jharkhand Small Industries Association JSIA and Rajrappa Charitable Foundation RCF to provide skill development to the youth of Jharkhand and adjoining areas.
The Kaushal Vikas Kendra is housed in the 2nd floor of the JSIA Udyog Bhawan at Kokar Industrial Area, Kokar, Ranchi and is operated by Rajrappa Charitable Foundation, monitored by a joint committee of JSIA and RCF.
The training courses have started and registrations are going on. At present various computer courses, office executive course, communication skill, Tally etc are being started.
Study and Skill Centre at village Hesapora near Rajrappa
The house of late Shri Ram Krishna Panda, a National Award winning Principal, has been converted to a Study and Skill Centre under Rajrappa Charitable Foundation. The centre has been named after him. The centre now houses the classrooms of the Study Centre, a library, a Sewing & Tailoring Training Centre and a Beauty Parlour Training Centre.

Study Centre for Children
The free-of-cost centre welcomes all students between classes I-VIII who wish to learn and improve their academic performance. It supplements the village school where the student-teacher ratio is quite adverse. There are two trained teachers to take daily afternoon classes except on Sundays and public holidays. The response from the village is overwhelming.

We have established a sewing and tailoring center for providing vocational training as per demand and need. of the area around Rajrappa. Ms Pallvi Singh is the instructor. Three batches of tailoring course has completed the course and got their certificates. The 4th batch is now being taught.

We have also established a beauty parlour course training centre in the Shri Ram Krishna Study and Skill Centre in the village of Hensapora, Two batches of beauty parlour training have already completed the course. The 3rd batch is going on.
health camps
The foundation does programs related to health of the villagers. Free health/medical checkup camps are organised at the centre at Hensapora on a designated day of a month. Free health checkup camps are also organised in the nearby villages.
Environmental programs
The foundation aims to sensitize locals about environment conservation. Additionally, we impart knowledge regarding the importance of medicinal trees and plants that benefit society and the environment. We distribute and plant trees and plants, including those of medicinal value, in Hesapora.
Enabling Income generation of women self help groups
The foundation holds interactive meetings and works with women SHGs of Hensapora village to enable employment and income generation of the women of the village.
Encouraging sports
Rajrappa Charitable Foundation has a wing RCF Sports Academy for promotion of sports and sporting facilities for the local youth. The RCF Sports Academy participates in various sports at local level. It participated in the Ramgarh District Cricket League in 2023-24.
