Dr Poonam Singh

 A meritorious student of Carmel School, Hazaribagh who excelled not only in studies but in many fields like singing, dancing and other extracurricular activities. She did her Doctorate in the field of Criminal Psychology. She has contributed a lot to the society by establishing the Blessed Hearts’ School, Dum-Dum, Kolkata from where thousands of children have been nurtured, tended and educated. At present she is the National Convenor of the Kshatriya Karni Sena Marriage Cell. She is helping to arrange marriages in the Kshatriya community and trying to eliminate the menace of dowry in society.
